This used to be my go to chemist as I’ve lived in Rochedale my whole life. 
One reason I don’t go back. There is one lady that works there that has made me feel like a meth addict..( which I am not). Because I have pain issues I have to use painkillers and this woman flat out refuses to give them to me. 
I have a script as well and still no. I do my shopping at drakes, but when I need a script I have to go to Springwood now.. now very convenient.. 
you have lost a great customer as I also used to take my kids in here to get makeup and a few other things that u now don’t have.. 
if u fire that Indian woman with no smile ever, or at least tell her she’s not to judge people,  I’ll come back..

Smaller standard stock as it's more focused on the pharmacy side. The staff are realitivey nice

It's a full service pharmacy with trained friendly staff and assistive pharmacists and has good retail and over the counter medicines. This pharmacy has an average pricing structure expected from a business of this quality

Got my partner to pick up my script there today and they filled it with a generic brand without asking. Will not go back there as this is dodgy.

A wonderful customer service experience last Wednesday afternoon from all 3 staff who assisted with my query and then onto the register. Service with a smile and most happy to help their customers. Keep up the great service!
