I have been using this chemist for quite awhile and have never found any negative behaviours from any of the staff. The pharmacist Mr John is always professional and so are the other staff. I can honestly recommend this Priceline shop and give it a 5 stars
Priceline please teach your staff how to talk to customers. The staff member at the counter screamed at me for opening and checking nail polish that's expired and on clearance. Customers are not gonna pay $10 only to go home and find the nail polish dried out or thickened and then UNABLE to return. The staff member embarrassed me by screaming at me in front of everyone. There is a way to speak to people! I would like this issue addressed and would appreciate an apology from the woman.
The worst ever. Only went there because other chemists were closed. Zero product knowledge, zero customer service skills. Literally the worst pharmacy in a nice location. I was in rush so didn't have time to check reviews. Never going there again
Wow the light hair girl who works in the proscription section is absolutely gorgeousn I only went in for my hart burn tablets as it’s not my normal chemist. Blown away I was Hopefully this doesn’t come across as creepy lol but what ever idk
I love this Priceline Pharmacy! It’s my fave. The store is well-set out and of course the customer service is exceptional, especially from their terrific nurse who does all the flu shots. Perfect job, didn’t feel a thing and she is also standout in terms of being friendly + personable. Highly recommend
