I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Pharmacy 777 Applecross. They have looked after my parents for many many years, and my dad—known to them as Ziggy, always spoke so highly about the care he received. He often said the staff went above and beyond to accommodate his needs, and now I understand why.  After dad passed, I moved to Applecross and have been using this pharmacy myself for the past 8 months. Everything he said has proven to be true. The team is consistently professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly. This week, I injured my knee at the gym and was struggling to walk. I called ahead, hoping someone might be able to collect my prescriptions from the car and bring back once filled. Without hesitation, one lovely team member collected and another delivered. It was seamless, and appreciated.nnFor a busy pharmacy, their level of customer service and willingness to help is second to none. 10/10 in every sense. Thank you to the entire team, you are all amazing, and it’s impossible to single out just one person.

As a first time patient/client, I had a great experience at this pharmacy. Carlo took great care in greeting me with warmth and helping me out. He assisted with the IHI creationand was very delicate wih vaccination. Cheers Carlo!

Just had a range of vaccines and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend Linh. I would also add that the pharmacist Mitch delivers amazing customer service - attentive, understanding and explains everything clearly. Always a pleasure to go to this pharmacy.

I went there this morning and had a really great experience. I forgot to check his name tag, but the pharmacist was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and recommended the right treatment options with care. I really appreciate his kindness and expertise — thank you for the excellent service.

The service that I received today at Pharmacy 777 Applecross was the most efficient, kind and proficient I have ever experienced at a pharmacy. All of the staff members I spoke to in-store and on the phone prior to my visit were helpful, friendly and welcoming. True 5 star service and care. Thankyou.
