Captain Stirling Pharmacy (CapS) has been established for well over 60 years and is located in the hub of Nedlands at the Captain Stirling Community Shopping Centre, 90 Stirling Highway Nedlands which is in the heart of the Western Suburbs.

Dropped in script Sunday evening. We were then told it would be in next day. They then sent it to a different pharmacy across town without asking. Finally got medicine on the Thursday. Rude and inconsistent service; save your time and go somewhere else.

This pharmacy has been great in all the times I've been there, there are many experienced and friendly staff members there whom are more than happy to offer you their service and try to fulfil your needs as best possible. They're among some of the most friendly and helpful staff I've encountered in a pharmacy. 

I specifically use this pharmacy as I need compounded medication, a service which this pharmacy has been doing for years now; there were very few in the past. They were able to fulfil my needs fully, accurately and extremely quickly with my script being filled and medication done with their custom compounding on-site in an extremely timely fashion that I honestly wouldn't expect to have been possible. Excellent service! As both a general pharmacy and perhaps if you require custom compounded medication, I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Note: My medication in particular is compounded dextroamphetamine and if I'm informed correctly, this is one of the few pharmacies that have imported the base salts for it (a rarity due it being Schedule 8). Alternative compounders are limited to crushing up the instant release sulfate, less efficient and significantly larger capsules.

I cannot speak highly enough about the staff at Captain Stirling Pharmacy.  During an unplanned extended stay outside of Australia, it became necessary to request postage of my prescription medication to Ireland.  The staff did everything in their power to help with any problems encountered during the process.  I am especially grateful to Tom Andrews.  Tom is highly proactive, and offered workable solutions to every obstacle encountered.  Tom provided helpful advice, communicated with my doctor, even organised postage.  I will only use Captain Stirling Pharmacy to fill my prescriptions for Dextroamphetamine.  Six Stars!  :-)
