I have a cold so went in to buy cold and flu tablets. I rarely buy cold tablets so did not know about changes to formulations. 

I asked for one that was effective for symptoms of congestion, as this is what was affecting me. I was given new formula Codral, which after they had no effect at all I googled and found that active ingredient - phenylephrinee - has been found to be no more effective than placebo.

I think it is wrong to sell someone who is obviously sick a product that the pharmacist should have known would not work for the symptoms described.

If i could give zero stars for this review I would. 
Put my disposable camera in to develop on Monday and they said that they said it will be ready by Wednesday. Went to pick it up Wednesday night and my prints couldn't be found. No communication with the staff to let them know where my prints could be what so ever. Photo lady only comes in one a week so it takes a week to do a 1 hour job. Still haven't received my prints as my camera is 'lost' Poor effort

Fantastic Pharmacy, stocking a wide variety alternative medicine...very helpful staff, Naturopaths/Homeopaths in-store if needed...my go to place if I need homeopathic remedies for many many years and I always get good customer service with a smile...15 % discount...and they also post out if I cant come to the store. Highly recommended!
