What a memorable experience at Priceline Caulfield!nnMy wife went in asking for simple advice on bandages for our baby’s eczema wound — exactly the kind of thing you’d expect a pharmacist to help with.nnInstead, she received an unsolicited parenting masterclass from Rodney. According to him, if you “just keep the nails short,” none of this would ever happen. Decades of eczema management — solved in one sentence. Revolutionary.nnFor the record, we do keep our baby’s nails short. But thank you for the lecture. Nothing reassures a worried mum quite like being made to feel responsible for a medical flare-up she’s already stressed about. Parents seek advice — not judgment.nnWhen I later returned to address the situation, Rodney became defensive and proudly announced he had “never had a complaint” against him, as though that alone resolved the issue. For someone in a senior role, the conversation was handled poorly and ultimately passed on to a younger female colleague.nnIronically, she — not a parent — showed more empathy, professionalism, and composure than the person who repeatedly referenced having children of his own with eczema and experience working with babies. Turns out empathy doesn’t require parenthood — or even firsthand experience — just basic human decency.nnI had considered returning on Monday to speak directly with the pharmacy manager. However, given the circumstances, it seems more appropriate to leave this review and escalate the matter to head office instead — simply to ensure this level of professionalism and patient care is addressed and not repeated!

The staff here show a noticeable lack of customer service. There’s no greeting when you walk in, nor any attempt at communication or assistance. This really affects the overall shopping experience and makes it harder for customers to feel welcomed or even want to spend their money here. A little effort in basic customer service would make a big difference.

It was a nice visit at the store to pick up an order and also get my prescription medicine. They were nice enough to price match with chemist warehouse and I left happy.

Cashier was utterly rude - when serving she was very unprofessional and unfriendly. Please do not work in customer service with this attitude. She has long curly light brown hair.

I can't speak highly enough of this great pharmacy! The staff are brilliant and always available to help with any health queries. I would particularly like to thank Maureen who is extremely knowledgeable with all products and is always friendly and interested in customers. Pity more shops don't employ such awesome staff.
