I came here to get some advice on my son's skin condition that had been going on for months without much improvement. The pharmacist was friendly and knowledgable. She recommended a whole skin care routine that I have been following religiously and his skin has improved immensely ever since! I am so thankful and glad for her advice. The staff are always so friendly, I will keep coming back here!

I stopped by quickly at night after work to ask if they had something and was faced with the absolute rudest staff member I've ever had the misfortune of encountering. Not only was she condescending, the look on her face as she spoke to me literally had me in nervous giggles, it was a mix of apathy and disgust that she had to speak to me.
The worst part was knowing as a teenager she was probably half my age but had no problem taking to me like garbage, and at work no less! My first and only experience here it's needless to say I won't be returning.

Very poor service especially the white ladyreceptionist is very impatient and shows racism.I don't know how can a pharmacy hire such impatient people in billingcounter.

My 8 months pregnant wife went their to certify a document. Saleswoman told her it will cost her $5.00 or else go to some other pharmacy or go to police station. How can you expect care and customer service..when they do not have a fraction of humanity left. Even after paying $5 she asked her to come back after 5 pm...When my wife said..I am 8 months pregnant and i cannot come again after 5. Than that saleswoman said - " that's not my problem dear ".
