I have my house build with Porter Davis last year, altho there was a slight delay due to the festive Christmas Season, progress picked up later. I am very happy with their work quality and especially like to thank Janet Grima and Robert Russo for helping me out with the handover process. They are prompt in their reply and answer all queries i have. Thanks again for a job well done!

I had a bad and horrible experience with Porter Davis and I cancelled building with them.. it was so stressful, bad customer service (worse than 3rd World Country Service), and they are not upfront and honest. I lost my deposit of $2000 but I am happy building with other builder (with no stress) as some of them have refundable deposit. So my advise is that not to be lure with sweet talk and promo.. you should shop and do your research. The sales and designer consultants have very poor customer service (lots of mistakes) they are only nice when you go there but when it comes to mistakes and issue they will let you down (responds late) and they are rude.. like: Alexia Parker (sales) and Electrical Designer Evie Allman. They don't deserve a any stars... so this is my WARNING with this builder as I had bad experience with them.... what a let down......

Thank you Porter Davis. We recently moved into our beautiful new home and you delivered a quality product. Would I recommend you? No. Your staff turnover is high, you work them too hard and so this directly impacts the service I received. During the build you failed to manage the trades so time frames blew out and communication was poor which in turn made us incredibly stressed. I wish you good luck because based on our experience you will need it as we moved further into an era of customer centric business.

I had a prestige house built by Porter Davis - I have no respect for them at all! The workmanship was appalling. The Poter Davis supervisors come back was always that it was within the Australian Standards. I had the VBA involved and 5 years plus of Porter Davis Homecare 'handymen' and others coming and going. I had all the carpets replaced, floor tiles in the hall jack hammered out because of differing batches that were layed. I had a shower pulled out because of a bowed wall, a bath pulled out and rebuilt due to an angled hob, a laundry cabinet pulled out and the base rebuilt because it was collapsing. The list continued. Never again would I built with Porter Davis. I am intending on posting a webpage with no comments, photographs only, as a picture tells a thousand words!

House is good but porter davis trade workers got another house key and stolen all taps and our tools from house 3 times in 2 weeks..and company said once we used our key their key is not working so it's possible robbery man unlock the door and stolen stuff and locked it again..
