Rude lady behind the counter. Made me want to get out of the town. Couldn’t answer simple questions. Don’t depend on them to give you information. Pointed me to the board with all brochures rather than giving simple suggestions.

Totally useless volunteers in this Centre. Information about local sights was 4 years old. Your far better off asking your own hotel about local sights.

Useful information given, but the Golden Nugget of info was the TransNorth bus service up to Cape Tribulation. Even seasoned workers in the area and hostel staff had no idea it existed and only advise taking expensive tours up.
