Not only do they always manage to fix any issues with our pool, but they also help to educate you with Pool Maintenance etc.. Even in their busiest times they strive to help everyone that they can without compromising on quality or efficiency. They have wonderful communication and are always friendly and striving for perfection! I can't recommend them enough, if you need Pool Maintenance, cleaning, pool services etc... Poolwerx Regents Park have been servicing my pool regularly for almost two years. The staff for home pool service and in store are exceptional. They’re extremely knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and trustworthy. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for all my pool needs. A+
As a longtime customer, I have had great help from Jassi, MJ and all the team at Poolwerx Browns Plains in maintaining my pool - including advice for choosing a robotic pool cleaner, regular pool water tests and chemicals and help when equipment breaks down and needs replacing with more energy efficient models. All the team are knowledgable and very reliable. I always recommend Poolwerx Browns Plains to my friends who want great customer service and advice for their pool.

Highly recommend this Pool Shop. I've always had great and friendly customer service from the staff. When I have needed urgent parts they are efficient and keep me in the loop on when it's arriving
Best pool shop by far. Jassi and Manpreet are always super helpful and dont charge an absolute bomb like another local poolwerx. Remember customers. Also, they respond quickly. I accidentally sent a request to the other store, realised mistake and then messaged Jassi and Manpreet. I just heard from the other store 5 days later to say they couldnt come for another 10 days yet Ive already had Jassi come and help my needs.
We just had our pool pump replaced this morning and we regularly have our water tested and buy products from this store. The managers and staff are friendly, really look after their customers and do a great job with fitting equipment. As regular customers we highly recommend.
I could not ask for a better support team than Jassi and Manpreet at Poolworks Regents Park iv not long become a widow and they have been so helpful in so many ways with my pool nothing is to much trouble the respect and 1on1 is great I have recommended them to so many people don’t ever leave thank you so much
