Went in there to ask about getting my pool serviced it was like i was asking her to do fifty push ups if that’s the service before it starts forget it !!!
Charged me $120 for a quote that was $1200 more than 2 other local stores for exactly the same system. Same pump and everything. Same warranty periods etc… They were the only ones that charged me just to come take a look. Yes they take it off the bill at the end. Would still be over a thousand dollars more than the next nearest quote I received.
Great team with very efficient and timely service. Recommendations that were in my favour without only providing me woth the option which would have cost me nore $$$$$. They will continue to be on my books.
Absolutely useless. Waited all day for the technician to come round. Contacted Poolwerx at 4.30pm to be advised that he had cancelled as had run out of time - no advise received and no apology. Attempted to make a new booking and was told I’d be called back which I never was. On calling was told I’d have to wait for a cancellation. Awful customer service. Avoid these guys.
As a property owner, I have been very disappointed. Living out of the city I rely on the honesty of businesses to service my property. However, they blatantly charged me for the replacement of property that was not faulty pool scoop. Upon returning, I had to place both pool scoops side by side and send photos to show there was no issue. So their honesty as a business really needs to be questioned. In another instance, they've completely not clearly communicated the work that needs to be done. I'll be looking elsewhere now.
I don't write many reviews but feel in this case I really should. I have used many pool shops over the years and have mostly found them to be overpriced and greedy. However, I've been very impressed with Poolwerx at Mt Gravatt who I started using 5 years ago upon moving house. Their service has always been excellent and they are not overpriced. Caroline, in particular, has been excellent to deal with. On the occasions when equipment has failed they have been fast to arrange repairs under warranty - no hassles. If you are the sort of person who dreads taking your water sample into the pool shop every few weeks only to be gouged, I'd suggest at least trying this well run family business out.
Outstanding customer service. Employees are extremely knowledgeable. A great young chap Luke served me. Top notch lad and a top-notch shop.
Always friendly, always helpful advice. Highly recommend
