Super pretentious but each to their own. Had a whiskey experience that was nice but couldn't hear anything cause they refused to turn the music down. We were also supposed to have a cigar education session but they said they were understaffed and couldn't do it even though it was pre paid. They just dropped a plate of cigarillos on the table without a lighter and left us there. Had to borrow one from someone outside. I probably wouldn't go here again just for the disorganisation.

I have been to Polly every year for my birthday for the past fourteen years. I have had good experiences with Polly until they changed hands a couple of years ago. Now their customer service is awful, they don't serve food, and their drinks are sub-par. My friends didn't get her drinks for over half an hour then got a cocktail that was watery. When she drew this to the staff's attention, she mainly got glib comments about how you can't please everyone. At least they could try! I will reassess for next year.

Great bar would be a 5 if you spent more time drinking then waiting for a drink.

Great cocktails and atmosphere. Beautiful furniture and space. Upstairs is great and facilities are well looked after

Great atmosphere! Female bartender was very helpful and suggested a very yummy cocktails! P.S. try the "Old mate"
