If you move to the inner city, I recommend that you do not use this service. I gave them my future location, but it was only when I booked the return of my goods that I was informed it was unsafe to place the container at or near my new premises. This was supposed to have been established prior to signing up by use of Google maps, but had not occurred. Thus, I had no option but to have the stuff transferred to a truck and then delivered. I suffered 10 - 15% damage to breakable items, much of which can be attributed to that transfer. The manager was pleasant enough but accepted no responsibility. Still waiting for that gift card they offered as token compensation. Given they received six months in storage fees, that's cheap and possibly nasty.
