PODS were excellent. I had my furniture picked up from Melbourne 14 months ago and shipped up to the Brisbane Depot for storage. I was worried that after 14months my furniture and belongings would have some kind of damage. They were all in excellent condition. I was very impressed

PODS made moving interstate and storing my things easy and affordable. All of our belongings were in great condition after moving from Vic to QLD and 8 months in storage. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Will not be using or recommending PODS to anyone! Some of my furniture was damaged, Pick was good and easy but the drop off of the POD never happened as it was going to take them three weeks to deliver! They didn’t mention that in the booking! I had to outlay more money to hire a moving truck and trailer which made for a stressful move Customer service was very hard to get a hold of it took me almost a week to get through to someone which they argued delivery cost that I’ve already paid for.

Worst customer service I have experienced. They stated they could deliver whenever I wanted even after I gave them where I was moving to. Only to be told I had Friday and Tuesday as an option when booking delivery. I then booked the earliest date and did not complain. After that I was called and told that someone had driven a forklift through my pod. Damaging property of mine. I was told to send details and photos to the person who called me. They never responded. They then tried to charge me a full month for two days of storage which resulted from their inability to deliver to me. This was thankfully waved. I took delivery on a Tuesday and requested pick up Friday. No one picked up the pod nor was I told there was an issue with the pick up date despite booking this in. This left me without access to one of my car's. No one informed me of this and I had to call to ask for it to be picked up I believe it was forgotten. How long would it have sat there if I did not call? I was contacted about paying my invoice after no one responded to multiple voice mail messages about my damaged property and the fact the pod had not been picked up. I was assured a supervisor would call me back and I said I would pay after I had my issues resolved. That was end of January early February. No one called. Now they have sent an email saying my bill is overdue. I have not been contacted once since January about my damaged goods despite being told I would be reimbursed and assisted. Do not use if you want friendly and helpful company who care about their customers.

This is the first one star review I have EVER given a company. DO NOT use Pods. We chose Pods as an alternative choice for moving houses interstate. We were assured by a member of the team that they would be able to deliver a pod the new house we moved to and that there would be a enough space in our new yard to put the pod hence why we chose this company, however on the day it was expected to be delivered, the driver didn't think he could do it and returned it to the storage facility in the new city. He left and we didn't get a call from any customer service rep in regards to what alternative plans they would make. When we called them the offer we received was for us to come unpack the pod again, at our own cost hire a new companies removal truck, pack it ourselves, and deliver it ourselves. When we said we were unhappy with this option as we chose the company for what it told us it would do AKA delivering the pod to our house, we were told they had "successfully brought it interstate" so therefor they would firstly keep the $1700 for the unfulfilled move and that the delivery to our house was now our responsibility. For it to be successful, it would be delivered to the house! When we called to speak to someone about this, we were sent to a call centre based in the Phillipines, despite the company saying it was an Australian company. This meant we couldn't even directly call the storage facility our belongings were at. When we asked to speak to a supervisor we were hung up on. This has been our experience so far. Our belongings are somewhere we don't know, there's been no help or alternative plans made, we simply cannot pack and unpack our things 5 times, and the worst part is we have had no warning that this was a possibility, we were assured that the total move would be successful. We don't have the money or resources to go through the process with another company, and we have noway of speaking to someone in Australia or the storage facility. If you're thinking about using PODS as an easier and alternative option just don't, driving a truck interstate, by yourself, at night would be an easier option! Still awaiting on contact about our POD as we cant call them. Currently sleeping on air mattresses in a house with none of our things.

Very easy to deal with and cost was definitely competitive, would recommend these guys to anyone.

Great experience with PODS. Collected my stuff and stored for 12 months. Always professional and friendly. Great at problem solving and delivery drivers were fantastic. My gear was in good condition when we unpacked. Couldn't speak highly enough about this company. Will definitely use them again.

We moved from Melbourne to Queensland and back to Melbourne again four years later and PODS was perfect for this, offering us an affordable and convenient moving and storage service. This company has a small business, personable feel; all the people we dealt with were friendly, accomodating and amenable to our needs. Compared to other services out there this was well priced, flexible and safe. We would use them again, they were great. Don't know what we'd have done otherwise!?!

No proper communication after delivery,they didn't turn up for two times,without any prior notice,even though perfect weather ,wasted my two day off's,still they are charging for this period, which is completely their mistake
