Got my new Alpha canopy installed on the 18-1-2022, I have to say it is a nice clean canopy a lot larger than the old one that I had. very well priced to love the central locking and the interior light.

They got the quote back quickly, including some recommended amendments to make it cheaper. There was a wait on some third party hardware, but all of the Caddy branded gear was ready and waiting. They gave me a lift to the train station when I dropped off my van and were finished a day early, which meant I could get back on the road faster. Even though the shelving was pre-assembled, it was no problem for them to spin a couple of shelves for access from the door they were blocking off, replacing the no longer needed lockable door with some useful accessories of equivalent price.

Dealt with new management at Caddy. Unbelievable service and great hospitality. My wife and son were with me and they were very nice and helped to entertain my son whilst we waited. Tim and Matt were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Bent over backwards for me and were very accommodating. Gave me a tour of their workshop and introduced me to their fitters and workshop manager. I'm very happy with my canopy and electrical work undertaken in their workshop. I highly recommend the guys at Caddy for anything you need. Their canopies are second to NONE. And that's a promise.

This place I didn't know was in the local area....I stumbled on it from fb....to buy a canopy for my dark blue colorado....while there are many canopy places around.....put this 1 on your list to check out ,staff were friendly...and took there time to explain there product....I looked at 1 hands on with central locking and bells and wistles with flip up side windows....

Big thanks to Matt and Tim had our new vehicles fully fitted and back on the road in no time. We will continue to use these guys for all of our vehicle fit out requirements they will not disappoint! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Very happy with team down at Laverton, great help from the moment Tim picked up the phone. Van was fitted in under day which was perfect too get myself back to business with no worries! Defiently would recommend to everyone great quality product!

Very expensive, I did shelving for my van for $4500from Caddy storage but I got similar shelving for my another van for $1900 installed from sky tech . Unbelievable the difference is $2600. .

After being hesitant about using this company from a few of the bad reviews online i took the risk and went with them anyway. Upon first point of sales i thought it was strange that i wasn't given a walk through of the products considering they have a full showroom upstairs so i basically made my whole order off a catalogue. Waited 3.5weeks since initial sales and deposit, to be told the wrong parts sent down delaying my time to get the van back on the road to work. Customer service is poor and lack of communication from sales rep. On the third week i called up and spoke to my sales rep to give me a call back on a friday afternoon regarding all parts arriving pending for the following tues install and never got a call back despite saying that i will definitely get a call at the end of today. Called the office at 4.30pm spoke to manager and was told the sales rep left already, where is the courtesy call? Even when i came into the office and spoke to the sales rep the following week and asked why didn't i receive a phone call back i was told there was no point calling me because they didnt have an answer to give me regarding the parts arriving or not. Rear step that was ordered didnt fit mounting brackets so now that part is cancelled from my order and i wasnt told this until the day i went to pick up my van. More lack of communication. Whats so upsetting is that i gave the sales rep all the details of my vehicle from the very first day of making the order and it took 4weeks to be told it is not available for my van. Dont make promises you cant deliver. I've been pushed back a week from being able to work. All that was required was transparency and communcation. Onto the installation side of things, the 150mm tube pipe holder on the van was not mounted centre either on the back or the front, excessive glue was splattered over the pipe making for a poor finish/look. While strapping my ladders on the van noticed the bracket clips that hold the ladder rail to the rhino rack bars, one was missing, one came off by hand and one was not even attached to the rail. These clips that attach to the rails are the only things holding the rails to the bars, who is taking the responsibility if it comes off the van at 100km/hr on the freeway? Called the office to speak to the manager yesterday, was told by the same sales rep i've been dealing with that the manager no longer works there. Came in today to pick up the replacement bracket clip myself and saw the manager walking around in the workshop. So the same sales rep i've been dealing with straight up lied to me. Regarding the tube holder and bracket clips i centred the mounts myself and reinstated the bracket clips myself, since you guys couldn't do it properly. If these are a few of the things i could spot while i was on the roof what else was done poorly? Where is the pride in workmanship? Working on a brand new vehicle? I truly envy the customers that had a positive experience with this company, what i initially believed to be reputable. This has been one of the most poor situations of customer service and installations i've ever experienced, and i will not be making any recommendations to use this particular company in future. I still need additional work done in the future which i will take to another company because the whole experience has left a very bad impression.

Used Caddy several times, Mel was fantastic! Rang for another van to be fitted up $5000 worth of draws. I reminded Michael he had forgotten to send out 2 strike shut latches under warranty for the current vehicle this is the second time the draw latches fail in under 12 months on 2 consecutive vehicles, no big deal if Caddy honours their warranty. Michael explained to me he isn’t responsible if Australia Post losses parcels .....and he didnt get a consignment number. Does this sound like bs to anyone else???? $40 dollars worth of latches to loose an existing client and a guaranteed $5000 sale????? Caddy can you PLEASE put Mel back on the phone!!!!!!!! Not happy!

Very disappointing experience. Had them fit a plywood floor. Gosh, it looked terrible. They told me that they had to order it from Sydney because of the long parts. Hey, it turned out to be a three part patchwork. Very rough work. 2 cm gaps to the wheelhouses and about 7 mm gaps between the single plywood parts. Buy yourself a Makita Battery Jigsaw and see Masters Store close to Fairfield. Thats all you need to have the best Ply ever fitted to your van in a perfect way. Well, if you have two left hands, you might need more help. Do not waste your money at Caddy Storage. They even were not able to cut out the spare tyre fitting properly. So, if I had not checked that, I would be very dry and lonely sitting at Lake Eyre now with no chance to get that damn spare tyre down. Thanks guys at Caddy Storage. You will never touch my van again. Promised. And for anybody else with two left hands, go and see these guys. They make sure you will not get closer than 50 m to your van when they are working / trying to work on it. They ban you to their video room. What a waste of money. Hey tradies, better do it yourself, you can do it easily.
