Inside, the gym is always clean and has a lot of equipment. The staff are nice and the gym is located above restaurants and woolies.

Place is very well equipped and just has an overall good vibe to it. I would of given it 5 stars instead of 3 if the place wasn't so close to BWS Everton Park, Stafford Road. That place is the worst. It has rude, lousy staff and the range of liquor is pathetic. Wouldn't recommend.

Without a doubt, one of the best gyms I've ever experienced. All staff members have been more than helpful and very friendly. My personal trainer is so knowledgeable and knows how to keep me motivated. Congratulations to Damon and the crew!

Not only this gym and facilities are always tiny and clean, but also the staff look after you with free personal program and updates helping you to reach your goals!!!

I always feel welcome here, working independently on my program with the possibility to seek advices.
