Its not very good, the machine's have apparently been "upgraded" but they look and feel second hand. Some of the touchscreens on the treadmills don't work (at all) and the music is SO loud that I can't even listen to my music with headphones. The TV's on the wall also look old and outdated as well. I've complained about the machines before, and they told me that they just need to be reset. Considering the amount of 24Hr gym's that are out there, and have better and newer equipment I would look elsewhere.

I come here for my postural massage, the facilities are large, clean, and don't smell of sweat. The staff are attentive yet will leave you be.

Excellent staff and PTs who are extremely helpful. The gym has a great range of equipment and services as well. Fantastic!
