This is a fabulous place to have a massage and help the trainees get experience at the same time.   At the moment l am getting massages from a really amazing young man called Cooper.   His massages are unlike any l have had before.  My movements feel freer and l have been so much more inspired after the massage.   Incredible!

When I decided to get re-qualified, The Australian Institute of Fitness. Everyone on the team is Amazing - from the warm & helpful reception / admin team, to the incredibly talented & inspiring team of knowledgeable coaches! The on-campus experience is fantastic, and the mix of theory & practical classes will set you up for a great start in your new fitness career. The additional career events & resources they offer like F.I.R.E Night, gave me the connections I needed to secure employment prior to graduating from the course! I can't fault anything. And I'd like to take this opportunity to thank them all for their hard work and dedication. Cheers!

Im sure the actual courses and trainers are great, but all I can say is make sure your 100% committed and read your terms and conditions about not being able to study anymore due to any personal reasons. First off the bat was great and I was excited for a new chapter but unforeseeable circumstances have impacted this for me. No actual care for mental health and make you jump through hoops for an outcome that will benefit you personally or mentally in the slightest if you no longer have the capacity in anyway to study. Like any major corporation all they seem to care for is keeping the money in their pockets even for courses you haven't started. Make sure you do your homework first.

I really enjoyed my time at AIF. Working full time, the online option was perfect for my already busy lifestyle. I can’t wait to get out in the industry and gain more experience! Highly recommend!

I completed my Master Trainer in 2015 at the Institute, which provided me with all the skills I required to be a successful PT. The Coaches are so knowledgeable and their experience in the industry shines through. At FIRE night alone I received 14 job opportunities, so it was great to have the exposure to many companies on campus! Doing the course has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life and I am thoroughly enjoying helping people make healthy and happy changes to their lives each day.

This was a fantastic course I learnt so much in the Certificate 4 in Therapeutic Massage. I have left the course feeling so confident about my ability to massage. The coaches are so professional and supportive. Ryan, Lindsey,  Chris and Dani were always there to help me with my studies. This is the best massage course it's so professional and relevant and the coaches make sure you're always getting the support you need to finish and get your qualification. I would totally recommend this excellent course to everyone.

I studied the Master Trainer Program at AIF in 2015 and it was such an amazing and enjoyable experience. I found the Coaches extremely knowledgeable and the team so friendly.  I would highly recommend anyone wanting to learn more about fitness or become a personal trainer to go to AIF!

I had a great experience with the Australian Institute of Fitness.  They were very accommodating when I had a family situation come up and they were able to defer my enrollment so that I could start later in the year.  I was super happy with the outcome and they seemed to genuinely care about my situation and finding a good resolution so that I could continue with my studies!

I'm currently completing the Nutrition Coach online course and it has been an excellent experience so far!  The Coaches are extremely supportive and they are always fantastic at communicating important course information.  Everyone has been very supportive and any time I have had a question I have always received an answer in less than 24 hours.  The course content is extremely relevant and I am very happy that I decided to complete this course!

I did my Fitness course at the Institute over ten years ago, and have enjoyed a great career in the Industry!  I returned more recently to complete Massage and Nutrition courses and can not fault the Institute!  Amazing, do not study anywhere else!
