Extremely rude staff member (Angela) when going in to cancel my 3 yr long membership. They'll gladly be your friends until you want to stop paying them, then you get the attitude. Was asked if I had an appointment to do so, and then rolled her eyes at me when I told her no. I guess pressing 1 button takes a lot of time, so they need to lead time to prepare. I shouldn't have distracted her from her busy duty of gossiping with her colleague. Would have considered signing up again to another Anytime Fitness in my new area but now definitely won't be. Anytime Fitness, your rude staff members, lacklustre facilities and cramped workout space are costing you money.

The worst gym I have ever experienced! Confusing layout and a tiny space, and extremely overcrowded. Personal trainers are extremely rude to people using the gym, often telling people to move because they want to use equipment and they are a staff member. The staff are just as rude, and completely incompetent. One person says one thing and someone else, another, and they will grab money from you whenever possible without your consent. The recent “upgrades” were nothing short of a joke and rendered the gym practically unusable for weeks. Overall, extremely disappointed in this gym and the AF franchise as a whole. Choose one of the many other gyms in the area that care for their clients.

Decent enough equipment, but staff are lazy and unhelpful, there are plenty of better clubs in the area with staff whose default attitude setting isn't, rectally inserted stick.

Reading reviews from others is always interesting but I've used over a dozen AF gyms nationwide now and this is by far one of the best. It's much bigger than most, the equipment is great and in good condition and unlike most AF guns they have a full Crossfit-style area with tractor tyres and a carpet for a sled. Parking for two hours is right outside the front door and I had no problems in the middle of the day.
