This is a brilliant gym. The SGT classes are excellent, well run, challenging and capped to a small number. It is a gym that exists as a gym for it's members without all of the pretence. The staff are great and very welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone at any stage of fitness.

I've been training with Adam and the team at HPF for just over a year now. All of the staff are great, friendly and up for a laugh but ready to push us as well as making sure the sessions are working for us. I have had experience with other big chain gyms and personal trainers in the past and I love the service that comes from HPF. The training sessions are great and diverse and with the introduction of the heart rate monitors with the funcfit30, things are only getting better and better. If you need a gym that works for you then this is the place as they are concerned about their members and work to push and support us.
