Always great service and advice. I have been a PLE customer for about 15 years and they have never let me down. I have built so many computer systems with the parts purchased from PLE and have always received top quality service and advice. In fact I can't believe I have not written a review for them until now. If you're into customizing your PC or want to buy/build your own gaming PC or just need some peripherals PLE have you covered.

Super helpful staff, who know their stuff.  Reasonable prices on a variety of items.  The only thing I would change is the way store items are displayed, eg behind the counter.

Another PC store who don't do customer service properly. Call up in the morning to confirm a product is available. Confirm you will be there at lunchtime to pick said product up. Arrive at 12:30 to be told that they have sold it. The best part about the experience was when I was told " yeah we seem to do this all the time" So I guess at least I am not alone.

This store is a complete and utter joke. When I first ordered my product (battle bull gaming chair) it said the product would be delivered in less then a months time. I checked back half a month later and my item was put on back order. Now I could deal with a bit of delay, but a 2 month waiting time for a computer chair? Seems a bit ridiculous. Finally I got an email saying the product will be delivered in the next day or so. This was 2 months and 1 week PAST the original delivery date. Waited a few days, the product didn't come so I called up and they tell me it's going to be another 2 weeks till its delivered. They refused to give me any store credit or anything and the guy I spoke to sounded sarcastic. I ended up cancelling my order and buying the same chair at the same price from a different store, delivered within a week. Don't waste your money here

Ordered a custom PC online.... very happy. Delivered in under a week (during Christmas period), quick response via email and could not get any other online computer store to come close with price.

Good reviews also from others just asking around my work. I was surprised how many others had brought from and recommend PLE.
