Ordered a Detroit pizza and it so wasn't what it should look like! It was just an ordinary plain pizza! So disappointing!
Is it this store's Manager that fails to train or mentor his staff properly, or is it just the laissez-faire attitude of Pizza Hut's NZ operations team that allows this attitude to permeate down of giving skant regard to their customers. Having to wait on occassion lenghty periods for some staff member to eventually appear and offer zero apology, experiencing not one word of thanks while handing over my money, no greeting being uttered, no smile, no enthusiasm, no interest. The above happens regularly at this unwelcoming, unattractive, inhospitable, disappointing joint. And it's not the most inviting environment either. Cold and hard foyer, it also suffers from not being cleaned properly or regularly. This area where customers congregate awaiting the indifferent attention of the unhappy staff, could at least have some warmth introduced by way of plantings or some other attractive feature. This isn't the first time I've told this stupid corporate about the state of their Whk outlet. I've enlightened them through their online feedback requests at least twice over the past 24 odd months. They are fortunate that I enjoy insulting those who deserve it, so as to be repeatedly reminded in the event that they eventually come to the realization they should really do something.
Pizzas were nice but 2 staff members were too busy talking and on their phone so forgot we had chips with our order so had to wait for them one wasn't wearing a uniform but a puffer jacket while packing the Pizzas not very professionalFood: 4/5
Worst Pizza in New Zealand. Seagulls can't eat crast on pizza. Lol. for kids to watch...Food: 1/5
It's a pizza hut, if you've seen one you've likely seen them all as far as the menu goes. I usually only go here for the 'classic'/cheap pizzas for the kids - be warned that only the Margherita or ham & cheese pizzas are $5, the others on the value menu are more expensive. This location has some parking behind the shop as well as some spaces on the street. If you're not opting for delivery you're better off ordering ahead then collecting as the wait in the shop can get long at popular times.
The pizza was terrible, borderline undercooked. The staff must have changed.Food: 2/5
Chicken pizzas are so Good. Good customer service, Highly Recommended
Ordered two pizzas, a drink and garlic bread. The classic vege was missing half of its toppings and had no pineapple on it at all ‍also my meat lovers had zero toppings on it. Where has my bacon and mushroom gone to? The garlic bread looks anemic and could've probably gone back in the oven for 20 minutes. Also our bottle of Sprite was warm, yum not.
Terribly slow service… had to wait 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready for pick-up… after ordering 25 minutes in advance
Horrible service, left waiting at counter for 15 minutes, when finally served I was met by an incredibly rude staff member. sadly this has happened on multiple occasions, so now I will never be returning to this store
