Ordered  1/4 chicken and chips. 6 nugets with sweet and sour sauce. After i ordered and payed they had no chicken. Got this.Food: 2/5

The food here was disappointing to say the least. Firstly we waited 20 minutes and got served battery food. The seafood was disgusting and bland almost like fake, not good enough for the price I paid. Also we ordered $4 fries and got a handful and some of them were half frozen and the other half were brown looking and old. Do better!

Fish and chips were average, bland and missing part of the order. I was told the wait time was 25-30 min after I had ordered, it was more like 45. Pork bun was somehow overcooked and cold. Chow mein was tasty.

This is my closest Fish and Chip shop, now I will travel further for Fish and Chips as I am sick of this place getting my order wrong.  Today's order was 3 hotdogs, 1 snapper, 2 scoops chips, but ended up with 4 fish and 2 scoops chips.  Don't get me started on the wait times or how they leave the phone off the hook when it is to busy or make the customer wait 10 mins on hold and then hang up on them. Poor Service, not great food and often get the orders wrong.

Very disappointed.  Two young staff acted poorly and the food was ruined. Boss/manager was beside them when I discussed the issue and also didn't act. No refund and no replacement food. I won't be going back. If there was a zero review,  I would use that instead of 1 star.

What a joke orederd a basic fish box was told 30 minutes, went back after 30 minutes was told a other 15 minutes hasn't even started cokking my order, Wouldn't mind this is on  Tuesday and wasn't busy. Be prepared to wait a hour or so for chips n fish.

Waited an hour because they gave someone our order my order then had jelly as the sauce chowmein alot of stalks and was just not pleasant

Very disappointing. Chips tasted and looked like they had been reheated. Certainly weren't freshly made.

After giving them a poor review a few months ago I gave them another go and the fish and chips was excellent. The fresh snapper was juicy and perfectly cooked

Freshly prepared fish in crispy batter, hot firm chips piping hot, generous portions. Very helpful friendly service, extensive selection on menu . Fast takeaway.
