I wish i could give it 0 stars I was out with my friends around the Mount Maunganui area and we decided to eat at the nearby dominos. We ordered online The wings were good but the pizza was one of the worst pizza I ever had. We went in there with the pizza to tell them that it's not cooked properly and even the capsicum and chicken isn't Cooked. He said this is it, i said what can you do they said I can remake but it'll still be the same. I said well can you give me the refund since I'm not satisfied with this pizza you can have this one and since the remake is gonna be the same I'd like my refund. But then the other staff member started getting rude. i know what a cooked pizza is. He replied rudely again and said no refund if you have issue complaint online. The pizza looks like but it's not cooked. The staff doesn't know how a cooked pizza looks like. They don't know how to talk to customers and have absolutely no clue of how to handle complaints
I can say I’ve been going to this dominoes for a while now and the pizza is perfect. I believe all these bad reviews it’s just when the workers are overwhelmed with the amount of orders, they have the rushing around because Domino’s Pizza is the only one around bayfair the staff at nice and kind. I’ve never had any problems with my pizza apart from it being very very hot and fresh. Thanks to the Domino’s team.
The last 3 orders have been the exact same thing, and you didn’t get it right once. Also last order was the worst, burnt garlic bread, pizza base texture was equivalent to eating cardboard box it was thrown in nobody that works here takes any pride in their job and who can blame them
I have had several average takeaway/delivery experiences with Dominos but that was the worst Pizza I have ever had in my life. The toppings were so thin that the toppings only covered approx 2/3 of the Pizza and the toppings that were on it were so thin. I feel ripped off. When you pay that much for these Pizzas that this shouldn't occur. Obviously an incompetent manager. This Pizza store has so many bad one star reviews, you would think that the HQ would shut them down. Clearly they don't care.
Place was understaffed today but the lone worker was amazing. Chatting with customers, manning the rego, making the pizzas, all done nice and quick. Dude deserves a raise. name was Aiden. Cheers bro!
One of the pizzas we got was a half and half, but the cutting of the pizza was so bad that it wasnt really half and half anymore. Otherwise fine, quick service, tasty toppings.Recommended dishesGarlic Bread
My family loves pizza however we are all of the same opinion that they put far too much sauce on the pizza turning it to soft muck! Why can you get specials online but not instore, seems ridiculous you can stand instore and order online to get a better price!
Fast ordering, and typically good pizza. Had an error on one pizza, which was the stores mistake. I rang and spoke to the manager who promised a credit the next time I visited. This was remembered and honoured which I really appreciated. Good bunch of guys.
Worst customer service ever, I ordered just cheese pizza,but its burn and not cooked properly as well, I'll try to explain the situation about pizza to gentleman but he refused to agree with me at all i told him I used to work industry so I know its not cook properly and its burn as well ,so he says I work here since 10 years so I know its well cooked and its not burn, really shame how can some one give burn cheese pizza to customer... if owner look this comment please work on ur staff rather than food ...
Why this store never answered the call? I tried to cancel the order right away once I put it due to the wrong address but no one answered my call and 0800 number too. So annoying. How can I cancel it!!
