Ordered pizza for delivery, set time to be delivered a bit later on. It’s gone way past the estimated delivery time, I’ve called and called however no one is answering the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. Understandable if you are either short staffed or really busy however just answer your phone and let your customers know what’s going on - I’m sure 90% of them will be ok with waiting a little long if they know what’s going on. This is probably the last time I order with you guys which is ashame as I do like the pizzas here, however hells pizza and dominoes is just across the road from you I’ll most likely go there from now on.
Absolutely delicious pizzas and garlic breads. Made very well and fast. Glad to finally have a pizza joint cut the pizza perfectly. Thankyou to the lady working today!

Took too long to attend customer. Lack of courtsey in staff so they could tell us to wait before they attend to us. We understand they might be short staffed which didnt look like.
So ordered online arrived to pick up order they said no such order hmmm, showed email and proof and ref. Number. Took a while and then oh they found it and waited and waited and waited Received order went out took a bite it was raw not a little Raw fully Raw and toppings slid straight off Would I recommend Pizza Hut no I asked for a refund instead of a replacement as it took 20 mins etc from the original pick up time goodness knows how long the second one would of taken Disappointed customer
Very disappointed! Did an online pre order for a specific time. I arrived slightly early,,,paid...waited...when my order was finally ready the fries were under cooked and cold... the pizza box was dirty...the hashbites were soggy. This shop is quite small, cramped and not very clean. Mask use was a joke...so was the customer service. Come on Pizza Hut Papamoa...lift your game.
Mad as. Tried to treat ourselves as we are in iso.We ordered our kai at 6pm n it said it would be delivered by 7pm at 7.17 I rang the store wondering what had happened and they said it had just left. Well 8pm now and I have ring again but my call won't connect and I'm still waiting pregnant with 5 hungry kids as well.
Worst experience tonight was pretty much called a liar from one of the workers as my son had gone into pick up our order that was placed and payed for online and the girl who talked with him and took his order number said there was no such order so he came home I went back down and the man that served me gave me the order and said no no one had come in to get it as he was the only one serving I am not happy as not only did I waste gas going twice the pizzas were could and also the rest of our dinner that was at home waiting
Not the same flavourful as Hamilton limo but gud pizzaFood: 4/5
