While the pizza was fine, they wanted to charge us a $400 delivery fee for 76 pizzas!! To be delivered 2 min away from the store. Absolute Madness. Won't use again.

Was not acknowledged  coming in to shop stood for ages while nobody said anything it was clear I wanted to order I was holding a menu. Then paid with coins he was upset he had to count it all, and then when he asked my name I told him and he said what so I repeated. I used manners at all times. Disgusting service!!!

I've gotten a lot of pizza from you guys but lately it's been more and more disappointing, I've left feedback with no reply at all, like last night I got a big new York pepperoni pizza which cost me $20 and it had patches where it was just sauce and overall had similar amount of cheese and toppings to the $5 pepperoni, when you're saying "big cheesy slices of new Yorker pizza", disappointed me for the last time and I'm going to get hells next time I want pizza.

Bought a apricot chicken pizza on the 17th June 2022 I thought my pizza tasted like a Mexican pizza had wrong base sauce had sausage meat on it I took my pizza back in and said is this a apricot chicken guy reckons yes bro I know what sausage meat is to chicken

Probably one of the more decent Domino's stores in Tauranga. Haven't had to many problems with retarded cut or oddly shaped pizza, although I have had sauce missing on the odd occasion. Cheese is usually to the crust, fair prices, freindly staff... Not a bad place to buy cheap, decent pizza.

Wrong sauces, small things happen quite often. We don't bother ringing or reviewing anymore because we you never hear back or get an apology. But today is the last straw. Half the wings turn up, told they are coming, dont turn up and we have to ring again and offered a soft drink??  Why would These guys on the phone care? They are getting minimum wage. We all know why, let's be honest. 100% true fact.
