Had a phone order for a stuffed crust meatlovers and thin peperoni.. when me and my bf drove to pick them up and went back home we saw that they made a tropical veg 
instead of thin peperoni.. Like honestly how does peperoni sound tropical veg? I had to call them back because it was so frustrating and I felt bad for my bf to eat what he didn't want and they told us to come back and they'll make it again!! We couldn't be bothered coming back because it was ages away, the guy was apologetic tho but still a very disappointing visit.. My first time ordering there and that'll be my last..

Not happy at all. Placed an order online 8.40pm it would be ready, went there the order had not gone through yet even though I had placed the order an hour earlier (they could have been lying). Waited 9pm my order was ready, however they forgot my dessert. So had to wait an extra 20mins for brownies. A bloody waste of time waiting and got nothing extra. Will not be back here again. Staff are rude and not helpful at all.

I would highly recommend this place except I once got put on hold on the phone for ages. I go here regularly as it’s close by, and one time the phone got answered and then the attendant made me wait (I could here her in the background). I’d rather you just let me listen to your hold music or the ringtone.

Had jalapeños spread out on pizza even though I didn’t order them and don’t like them. The staff were very slow and told me that my order wasn’t ready but pulled it out of food warmer 10 minutes later where it had been sitting the whole time I was waiting there. Disappointing service.
