had an awesome experience yesterday, the atmosphere was really welcoming and warm, the lady that served us was super lovely. I definitely think that it was one of the best experiences I've had ordering at subway in a long time. The place was super clean and tidy as well. This may be my new regular for subway. A big pro is that the toaster was working as well, the past few subways I've been to haven't had working toasters It's the little things that make a difference

Really disgusted to find chicken in my veggie delight sub. This would've been an accident but there needs to be more care with the separation of meat and veggies because this kind of thing can be really upsetting for vegans/vegetarians.
Lovely staff. Went in there the other day and was served by two staff both called Lucy. They were Helpful and showed me the speical deals. Thank you so much.
Was amazing the lady behind the counter was friendly service was quick store was clean and tidy. My Sub was amazing not to big not too small just perfect will definitely be back.
Rude staff. Bradley, the guy who served me was rushing my whole order because he ‘wanted to go home’ and then ended up putting wrong sauce on my sub and when I asked to re make he said I had attitude and made me feel like it was my fault. I’ve been a regular here for a long time now and I won’t be back after this.
They have a really good team here now. Efficient and decent servings. And the music has been turned off so you can hear better through the masks. Long may it last. Thank you.
Pretty good and efficient service, yummy food, seating area always clean and tidy, be careful not to ask for too many sauces, it makes the subs soggy and sometimes the staff put on far to much, I made contact last week with some feedback and the manager was very receptive to it, communication and explanation was very good. They are very customer focused which is great too see! Keep up the good work.
