Absolutely dreadful service &pizza,1st timers NEVER again pizza&garlic bread delivered uncooked absolutely disgusting ,replacement pizza cold on delivery (not that I wanted one),Check ridiculous refund &return policy, is pretty much the case they can send out such rubbish & offer no Customer care just plain rudeness when you complain Disgusting all around service ,food,if you take care of what goes in your mouth Pizza Hut Howrah is OFF the menu!!!!!

You can see the kitchen area is unclean.. Needs a major upgrade.

Pizza smells odd, cheese was moldy & looked like was dropped on the floor.
When I asked for refund was told I couldn't have one, I gently reminded them I wasn't going to eat a moldy pizza.
