I placed an order at 1:01am on 20th of September. They gave me a call and told me sorry we can’t deliver as the kitchen closed and the system is closed but we will place a refund early in the morning I asked him to leave a note for the next staff. Guess what? They don’t pick up my phone calls till today and they didn’t issue a refund and when I talked to the call center of pizza hut. They didn’t respond to them. So simply the 42.85 that I paid is gone.nnI returned to Pizza Hut Mill Park to prove my transaction after the call center failed to contact the branch. In person, they unnecessarily verified my order before agreeing to issue a refund. The branch manager wasn’t there, and staff claimed they were “working as a team,” operating on a “trust me, brother” mentality. They attempted to call the “manager,” but it went straight to voicemail. When I first arrived, a staff member said they would get someone in charge, only to later claim they had just slightly more authority. This felt similar to a previous order I placed, for which I still haven’t been contacted or refunded after three months. The so-called manager’s name is Sri.
Not only the food was absolutely inedible, i got sent a fanta instead of the coke no sugar that I requested.
I generally buy pizza and pasta from Amalfi but this time I wanted to try something new and this happened.There were so many cockroaches coming out of their kitchen. The food was really disgusting especially the pasta. And the service was the worst. The staff yelled at me to ask for a replacement of my pasta which tasted old and stale. She did eventually tell that even she doesn’t like the pasta of Pizza Hut and that’s how the pasta normally tastes. If she knew the pastas generally taste bad she should not have yelled at me in the first place. Overall worst experience and will make sure to not step in there again.
Pizza hut ain't what it used to be! The food is average and small pans, there is always a fairly long wait time and the people who work there aren't very hospitable. It seems like they are always flustered and struggling and they have been sold out of certain desserts many times. We head to other pizza shops now. Better value, price and taste.
Ordered 3 large pizza combo and spent 14 bucks on add ons. None of my pizza had add ons - AS IN, EVERY SINGLE ADD ONS ON ALL PIZZAS WERE MISSING!! And these guys are impossible to get a hold of.
