We waited 2 hours for pizza to arrive on a Saturday night. We tried to call and got cut off several which is a pain because we cannot contact the store directly we had to be transferred through. The manager was extremely rude and kept getting angry at us. Apparently the delivery driver's phone died so he could not be contacted. When the pizza arrived 2 hours after the delivery time we were given it was soggy and cold. We declined to pay for it and sent the delivery guy back to the store with the pizza.

Home delivery us usually on time and the menu is pretty good.

pizza was okay, SERVICE WAS SHOCKING ordered online and was told it would be ready by 7.04, we got there at 7.10 waited in the waiting area for 20 minutes, I then asked someone after i finally got their attention if our online order went through, to be told that it had been sitting to the side the whole time we were there. Will definitely NOT be going back there !!

Pizza was up to the pizza hut standard but unfortunately the service is non existent. Hopefully they can pick up their game if we come back one day.
