This place serves awesome pizzas. One of the best Pizza place in Melbourne. Ordered from here a ton! Toppings are amazing, and too much! I loved the way they go hearty on toppings....The menu is great - so many options to choose from and delivery right on time! One must try Peri-Peri chicken and Mango Chutney Pizzas...they are out of the world! Keep up the good work @Crust Mill Park
I've been to many Crust restaurants, my favorite pizza place but this was by far the worst. After ordering i was told a 15min wait. After three other customers had already come in and recieved their orders and left, half an hour later i asked about hour pizzas and was told another 5 minutes. Another 15 minutes later i asked again. 45 minutes for two large pizzas is pretty unacceptable for walk ins. To top it off this is the stingeist Crust i have been to with very little amount of toppings in comparison to other Crusts. Don't come here, just get dominos. At least it's relatively quick bad food.
Yummy pizza. Ordered perri perri chicken. So delicious. I can feel the taste on every bite. Keep it up Crust team. Worth for what i spend!!!!. Will visit only here from now onwards. They are delivering beers as well which is great!!!!! Never seen home delivery of alcohol, you guys made it.!!!!!!
I am absolutely fuming!! I ordered 2 pizzas and dessert and was told 20 mins. When I arrived, it took a good 5 mins for any of the 7 staff to come and talk to me. They then couldn't find my order on the computer as they had it under the wrong name. I proceed to tell them that is my order and they got the name wrong. They tell me it is just about ready so i sit and wait...and wait...and wait. I see 3 boxes sitting on the oven top. 3 people come and go with their orders. The moment i wonder who's poor persons pizza is getting cold, they call out the mistaken name. I told them that pizzas had been sitting there for 15 mintues. They said they just got it out of the oven. I walk off with boxes and notice how cold it is. I walk back and tell him, So he opens the box to show me. A tiny bit of steam comes off but hovering a hand over, there is no heat. He offered a free drink but by then my pregnant hungry guts were feeling ill and i had to get back to my baby and hubby. I am praying now that i don't get sick from the prawns or lamb because it was practically cold by the time i ate it meanwhile i live literally 200 metres from this place!! The prawn pizza only had 4 prawnz on the entire thing, the rest of it flat and bland. The lamb would have been nice, had it have been atleast warm. Sooo damn dissapointed in the service and flat out lies of these people. 7 workers and they manage to f up while running round like headless chooks. Was not worth the $60 i paid!!! Will never return there again!!! I wanted to throw it at their heads but i will just give them a horrible review instead. Boooo
Pizza is good but the service isn’t great. Placed an order for pickup online, the website said it would be ready in 10 mins, went to pickup about 15 mins later and they said it would be another 10 mins because they hadn’t even started making it yet. Then they asked if we’d like to pay even though we already paid online. Usually really happy with crust but the Mill Park one is subpar.
We picked up some pizzas on Monday, excellent pizzas. Really surprised with the massive amount of toppings. However drink selection was horrible, the fridges were practically empty, but customer service was great.
The pizza I ordered tasted horrible. Customer service was ok. Too expensive compared to what you are served. Would not recommend at all. Just go to a privately owned restaurant much much better than this..
On Crust's brand new store at Mill Park,We tried the Peri Peri Chicken,vegetarian supreme , Tandoori and Schezwan chilli prawn pizzas so far and loved them all! Toppings are so good & fresh & the sauces are full of flavour!! Good Luck Crew
Has no customer service skills. We ordered 2 pizza took them 40 min to make and was full of can olives hardly C meat and cheese in it.Not value for money.Good luck for your future..
Great pizzas, service can be better, it was the time which was disappointing as 30 minutes for picking up 2 pizzas is too much. I will come back again.. but only if you reduce the make time.
