Food and service are great however I am disgusted by the condition of the children's play equipment. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months, definitely in no condition for children to play on. Deep and thorough clean WAY overdue!!
About 90% of the time we order through Menulog they get out order wrong, don't put all the items in, or only half fill the fries.nTonight the courier waited at the restaurant for half an hour and by the time they handed over the food it was cold we live close enough that the food couldn't possibly get cold in that time and again the chips half filled.nSwitching back to Epping because they are more reliable and don't serve cold food despite being further away.
got excited cos my chips were actually full for the first time ever, but they were absolutely rank. tasted like they were sitting there anywhere between 6 months to a year. literally never had chewy chips in my life, but i genuinely struggled to get these down. my steamed bun was ace though. took a nice trip down the road to hungry jacks to get some quality, fresh, crisp, sexy chips, thanks for nothing
I was getting a coffee from the drive through window and accidentally knocked the coffee lid off. Completely my own fault. Coffee went everywhere. There was a lovely young man behind the window serving who bought me many serviettes to clean up the mess and made sure I was ok to drive off. Great kind service!!!
It was just a waste of my time going through the drive thru, . Sunday 26/5 @ 1.40pm. I don’t know what part the barista does not understand. Dirty chai, skinny milk extra hot please. I get a drink that is like warm. I don’t have the time to walk into the restaurant to return it so I just threw it in the bin.
