Second time this store screwed my order. The first time I ordered X2 triple cheeseburgers and something else, I ended up getting one triple and a double but payed full price Today I ordered a triple cheeseburger, a chicken burger and a large frozen vanilla coke through drive-thru I got a triple, a plain frozen coke and a cheeseburger, there's cold food in The car and the traffic is bad so can't go back, always double check your orders at this place! The staff are lovely but that doesn't compensate for bad service!

One of the workers who works at the McCafe is always super courteous and friendly. Perfect coffees and iced-chocolates every time, and extremely generous with the extras such as chocolate syrup and whipped cream. Once she was topping off my iced-latte with cream, until the bottle ran out. It already looked like there was enough, but she even made an effort to go out back for a new bottle, then tops it way over the brim! Definitely haven't received service like that from any other McDonalds I've been to.

Iv been going to this McDonald's for yrs but the last few months there really gone down hill. Marjority of the time i came home with my meals i live less then 3min from there but by the time i get home i have to heat up everything from my chips to my burgers and its continuous once or twice fair enough but nearly every single time the last few months. REALLY?? The cheese on my cheese burgers u can pull off like a normal slice of cheese. Like come on that should be melted.... I had to eat on the go i got a cheese burger an headed into the city i ended up feeling so sick as my burger was pretty much cold... i hope this changes soon 😷😷 over it

Clean and nice atmosphere, and the kids play equipment I find is a lot bigger than most maccas restaurants.

Poor customer service. In adequate signeage to collect coffee, coffee got left between their 2 dirty coffee machines for customer to pick up. Staff said "just come around here in the middle", she could have handed coffee to me by hand...but no..it was convenient for them just to leave coffee there. After all that, the coffee was NOT worth the price I paid for anyway, it was too bland. It is like drinking warm water...Never again.
