Decided to try the Buy 1 Pizza get 1 Free promotion. Ordered online at 7:22pm for a delivery, to find out the estimated time of arrival would be 9:00pm, over 1.5 hours wait. When I called the store to ask why the long wait, they said it was very busy. I asked if I could change the order to be picked up, they said that would be fine and it would be ready in 15 minutes. That’s quick. I arrived within 10 minutes, no customers waiting for orders, there were 2 staff members just standing around. They weren’t busy. My ordered was ready and waiting. Overall, the quality of the pizza was horrible. Will not be returning. Will be sticking to Dominos.

This Pizza Hut used to be my staple Friday night but tonight is my last purchase here. This outlet has in the last six months deteriorated to the lowest yet! Garlic bread uncooked and pizza so irregular with topping. Last time I picked up manager and delivery boy having major argument. Last delivery took two and a half hours! Do not go there😫
