Appalling service from both young girls I was served by tonight! I as a customer felt as if I was an inconvenience to one of the girls because I unknowingly walked into the store after one of them had mopped *before store closing* and received a grunt for that then was greeted even further with sour unhappy to be there looks on both of their faces to then be given hardly any sauce or requested salads on my sandwich as if they were rationing it.. even nerang has 10x better service then this.

been a loyal customer to subway since i was little, untill jersey mikes came to the goldcoast since day 1 ive been going there everyday, the food quality & service is much better! if you dont believe me go to jersey mikes yourself and youll see the difference sorry subway but comparing to your competitor the competitor wins by far

The manager here makes this the most stingy Subway I have ever been to. Makes each sub as if it's war time rations.

Subs are ok, but i cant help but notice a staff member is covered in cat hair..... eww! I have stopped going to this subway due to the fear of having a stray cat hair in my sub.
