Great bunch. I left feedback thinking I got the wrong pizza but all in all it’s actually perfectly made to order, so i wanted to take back my feedback i left for dominos and correct it here. The lovely lady I spoke to that made my pizza confirmed that it was the right pizza and that she was just heavy-handed on the meat toppings, so the rest of the toppings are underneath the meat. LOL Delivery driver was awesome too, very kind bloke. Thank you for your amazing service and your lovely customer service. Thank you delivery driver and the woman who made my premium loaded supreme pizza today, and thank u to the team making good customer service possible!. I’m even more happy now because instead of it being the wrong pizza, it has a good amount of topping which is what I like with pizzas. Thank you so much! tastes so good!.
I arrived just before my pizza was due to be ready and in the next half hour I checked on it twice and both times was told it is still in the oven. At the 40 minute mark they were obviously about to close so I asked again and they were surprised I was still there because the oven was off and empty. 4 minutes later I had my pizza and a free garlic bread.
By far one of the worst run dominoes I've come across. Forever having orders messed up . The cheesy garlic scrolls always come half cooked with gooey raw dough in the middle . The actual Domino's complaints system doesn't ever respond Wouldn't recommend this joint to my enemies.
VEGETARIANS BE WARE!! Very unpleasant experience with Dominos Robina today. We spend over $50 per week here. Two weeks ago we ordered our usual 3 x vegetarian pizzas to find 2 of them had meat & bacon all over them. We called the store, the nice kid on the phone said he would credit us with 1 complimentary pizza for next time not 2 but thats ok. I just called the store to redeem the complimentary pizza and order 2 others. The manager said there was no complimentary pizza on our account, then accused us of being liars and said there is nothing she could do. We will be taking our business elsewhere because the manager on duty tonight doesn't know how to treat or value customers.
Shocking experience tonight ordering our meal. Took almost 3 hours and 4 phone calls before we got our food. Ordered through Deliveroo - on the second call I was told they don’t often get Deliveroo orders so no one had probably checked the tablet. Was told on each call it had been cooked or was about to be cooked but then found out it was not being cooked until the last call. Ordered at 5.50pm, called at 6.40pm then 7.15pm and then 7.40pm got disconnected so called back again. Also told low on Delivery drivers - my advice to everyone is if they are low on a Saturday night, perhaps go order through someone else and not through Robina Dominoes.
3rd time now I've ordered pizza from this store n have not got or received the pizza I have ordered like tonight I ask for a pepperoni pizza got home its was a spicy meat pizza.. The staff are not paying attention to the pizzas the customers are asking for and ordering not happy with the service from this store no attention to detail and the staff are to busy talking and not working and thats why the pizzas are made wrong to the order the service I received tonight when I got the pizza was very poor I won't go to that store again
Worst pizza ever. Very disappointed. First Domino's pizza was from Mermaid Beach nearly 40 year's ago. It was delicious. We often get Domino's pizza but no more Last one ever from Robina worst pizza ever
The vegan garlic bread and the solo was the only good thing about this order after paying $60 should of went to Pizza Hut.
Good pizza. Pretty much always hot so that's good. I just feel sometimes, more often than not, staff look unclean, shop looks untidy and greasy, and they're all in a rush. Would certainly be a better experience if the shop looked clean & hygienic!
Ordered Domino’s for the 1st and last time. Pizza and chicken wings under cooked just wasted my money
