So since new years this pizza hut have stuffed up two of my orders and is now 20 minutes late to a delivery with no notification whatsoever. This is the last time I will every order from this store.

Not happy with my pizza because you didn't listen to what l was saying on phone you miss understood me l ordered pizza with no dairy no they didn't tell me they were putting on my pizza that White sauce no idea I had dairy in it next time pay more attention to customer service that is more professional that way thank you very much

Couldn't get a receipt or a takeaway menu and when I tried to provide feedback using two different feedback systems it failed. First one was supposed to give a free medium cheese pizza, but needs a five digit store code - this store has a four digit code so won't work. Second one spent five minutes searching for the store name and then froze. Not good enough for an international franchise with significant corporate support.
