Totally pathetic in all sections !!nnService- pathetic, no interest in customers - at entry staff didn't had interest to get you seated, when a table was assigned there was no water jug, glass, serviettes or cutlery on the table and not even menu and there was no one coming on table to ask for anything.nnFood - that was height of frustration. We ordered 3 Biryani's when it arrived it was just a plate of Briyani. However as per menu it should be served with raita and gravy. Staff didn't had courtsey to let us know at the time of ordering or after that or even at time of serving that they ran out if it. It is only after waiting for few mins after food is served we had to go to counter as there is no server interested on checking of everything is ok to check where is gravy and raita we have been told that they ran out of gravy and raita that should have been served with food. We have made to Briyani by itself and no supplement was offered. Even in Briyani it was all rice and hardly any trace of vegetable or chicken. Really pathetic.nnBilling - at the time of billing I was surprised staff didn't offer any discount for not serving compete package but charged full amount, height was that even 50 cents take away box was charged too.nnOn top of it table and chair was dirty from previous servings and the water jug had marks of food on it.nnReally disappointed with hospitality we received today.
Have been eating here for a while and only their chicken 65 biriyani is good. Chicken lollipop has a thick coating and it feels like a bonda. Chicken meat was old and had a foul smell. Dining is available. Parking is available.
They serve delicious halal food. My favourite is the prawn fried rice. It is as good as any Chinese fried rice, if not better.nnThey also have a wide variety of dishes to suit different tastes. And if you love chilli, they make spicy food to make your taste buds happy.nnHave dined here more than 5 times, always enjoyed ourselves. The wait staff are great, they give you enough space to browse the menu and are quick to respond to your requests.nnThey also serve tandoori dishes, best to call and inform them in the morning if you are planning to order them.nnI hope they keep up the great service.
I just visited the Balti Holland park with my friend we ordered a egg biryani and wait for 40 minutes , Because they said we are getting fresh biryani after a while , we were get the food it was very dry and even though the food was tasteless, we explain this about their staff they said we are doing like this all the time. Moreover, end of the day they charged for single biryani. We don’t know how you guys are concern about the food and people came for your restaurant. Extremely not recommended.
Was a regular here and used to say biryani is the best you can get in brisbane. But now not only is the quality of food declining but also the service. Was refused dine in at 9.15 even though store closes at 11pm. The biryani i received was the worst i have ever eaten at this place. I dont know if it change of ownership or whats going on but i hope it changes quick.
