Ordered online for delivery through uber eats. Was processed and delivered directly through the store. The polite and friendly delivery driver attended us perfectly and paid particular attention to my elderly dog. Super sweet! The best experience I have had through a delivery so far. On top of that, some really good pizzas made. Toppings abundant and carefully distributed. Well done Donimo's Holland Park!!
I ordered a pizza from tha stores and i ordered online. I am very upset at the poor customer service and am appaled at the way i am treated. I arived the store and payed for my order and then came back to pick the pizza up. Then some of the silly little employees ask me to pay the money again. Then i had to wait the 5 minutes to get it sorted out.
Ordered a NY pizza and got home to find a massive hair in the pizza, called them and took it back only for them to insinuate that I had put the hair in there. They did cook a new pizza and refunded me my money but shocking customer service.
This would have to be the best dominos in qld. They are always happy and will go the extra mile to get your pizzas delivered to you even if it means they have to stay back a bit later.
These pizzas are exactly what you pay for. Consistently good not great, but not bad either. I've never had a really bad pizza from this Domino's. I recommend you use the Domino's Deals App or sign up for email deals as the price can easily be 50% more or higher if you order without the deals and there are deals every day.
These pizzas are pretty good. I'm not really a big Domino's fan, but whoever taught these workers how to make pizza...loves pizza, I reckon. This place plus a bottle of vino has kept my spirits up while I await for my new fridge to arrive!
I ordered a cheese burger joint pizza today and he gave me a bacon one instead. I realised later only and i went back. He gave me another one but he didn’t even say a proper sorry. He was rushing to serve other people. Mistakes happen but he could have make it up. Disappointed.
The worst pizza that I have ever had if I could give no stars, I would I order deep pan and got classic crust then the Guy on the phone, was trying to defend his employees by saying no that is definitely deep pan and trying to make excuses for his employees the worst customer service ever
Really efficient and pizzas literally flying off the shelves. Easy parking and friendly staff. Always good to pre order by app or phone before going to pick up. Avoid the hassle of queuing and disappointment.
Disgusting. I was ignored at the counter for 20 mins while my pizzas went limp in the oven next to me. There was no one in line. No one around. Didn't even say Hi. You two are pigs.Food: 3/5
