Used to be quite great, but has started to slip a bit recently. Hoping that it will turn around soon, as we loved Crust when it first opened for it's healthy and creative range!

Ordered online at 7.47pm (Granted it was raining).  Made contact at 8.45pm was told very busy tonight driver was out and on his way.  8.57pm made contact again was told driver was on his way left about 10mins ago. I asked if they could contact the driver and call me back with   what time he should arrive . 9.05pm No call back. 9.07pm Call back from shop saying 7-10min away he had 2 deliveries. I advised if the pizza are cold they would be getting a call back.  9.10pm Phone call from driver delivery had arrived. But couldn't find our house . After 3 calls back and forth it is now 9.15pm .Stopped outside front of house instead of following directions to enter through carport. Finally 9.18pm arrived.  
Of course pizza's are cold.  Not very happy at all.

Rochedale Crust  give franchise a bad name! 
We thought,  finally a good pizza place coming to Rochedale!  Except for them being incredibly disorganized the pizzas tasted good , and then...
It didn't take long before they stuffed everything up.  The pizzas began to lose the amount of thier toppings. We started using thier delivery service 3 times of of 3, they are cold.  Delivery was very late every time except once,  We had to heat the pizza immediately after it arrived  last 2 times.  Then it was to dry. 
Last time,  we ordered the lambs ribs for the for the first time,they were the worst I've ever had.  It's like someone's come along and picked the meat off them, they were also dry and no seasoning or bbq sauce.
Crust pizza.... shut the doors while you are ahead or sell the place to someone who cares!  The current management have never seemed to care,  No more Crust  pizza, you've lost us with all the chances we've given you!
