I called at 8:20pm to ask if I could place an order to pick up at 8:50pm to which they said was fine. I arrived at 8:48pm and they said I was late and they thought I was coming at 7:50pm (obviously impossible). They then changed the story and stated that I said 8:15pm arrival (obviously still impossible). They did agree to remake my food but did not put requested chicken salt on my chips and did not wear hats or hairnets, which I believe is required by law, and it showed as there were a number of hairs in my food. Pretty disappointed and would take a lot for me to go back.

Terrible service. Terrible Food! do not order from this place. We tried to call to understand why we had just spent over $50 on fish and chips and only received a small box of chips they proceeded to hang up on us twice and said it wasn't there problem!

We just ordered from Blue Lagoon for the first time (via Uber Eats) - our food arrived in 20 minutes and it was hot, fresh and delicious!
The fish was really fresh, well cooked and not too fishy in taste, the chips were hot and fresh and the salad was crisp and delicious!
We were initially hesitant to order fish from somewhere we didn't know but we were very pleasantly surprised! We will definitely order from Blue Lagoon again!

Hands down, best fish and chips in Brisbane. Chips don’t get soggy, Fish is amazing.
