Ordered a Veggie Sensation pizza today. Firstly, nobody picked up the phone. A lady from national call centre took my order for this store. She was helpful. I told the lady to make a note that I should get enough toppings on my pizza. Lady told me that she had written a note with the order. Store employees did not care about it. What I got? hard to see minimum toppings as I was suspecting, some cheese on a thick base for $14:95. Will Never order a pizza from P/HUT. They used to be good but the quality and size of pizzas has gone down considerably. Listen to the customers or get ready to close the store soon. See the attached Photos. Is this a large Pizza?? They have closed the reviews now. I got this Pizza on 19/08/2022 FRIDAY. Shame! What a Rip off!
I would like to highlight the exceptional service I received on the afternoon of Saturday the 17th of December 2022. The male who took my order was extremely courteous & polite. When I picked up my order I accidentally dropped my pizza completely my fault, not only were the male & female staff member extremely helpful and quick in sorting the cleaning they also offered me a replacement pizza at no cost. It was my first time at pizza hut in a very long time but I walked out so-pleased with the service that I will definitely be going back. Well done to both the awesome team members. They are definitely role model class. Cheers
Some weird reviews here. I think if you go in knowing what to expect then the quality of pizza at this particular pizza hut is quite good. It's not gormet, it's not authentic italian. The price has crept up a little across the board at Pizza hut over the years. I can get a better pizza for less, locally, but sometimes you just need that stuffed crust, and nobody does it like pizza hut. Roxy Pizza Hut has never let me down. So long may that continue.
I was happy with the service. Food was good. Ordered the wings. Enjoyed them thoroughly.Food: 5/5
Horrendous. Dry, tasteless base. Minimal toppings, even though I asked for extras. Pizzas overcooked. Non existent customer service. They were too busy folding boxes to come to the counter. I was told 15-20 min wait. I went back in after 20min, was told to come back in another 10 min. I've had better frozen pizzas from Aldi. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Always good pizzas and friendly staff. They're fairly quick even when they're busy. Only bad thing is the stupid update Pizza Hut HQ did with the app and now I can't get it to work on my phone. Just gets stuck at the Update Details screen after clicking verify in the email. It used to work good until the update.
Bought a meat lovers for lunch! Looked more like a cheese pizza needed a magnifying glass to find the minimal amount of meat! Never again!!
If you're looking for the bottom of the barrel pizza this place is for you. I ordered a large pepperoni and 1.25ml coke. Coke was flat out of an unopened bottle, that's right no gas. The pizza had mainly tomato base, the bare minimum cheese and pepperoni. Never ever again will you get my money. Terrible service aswell .
ordered pizza today got delivered at my place but driver put the pizza on floor rather then ring the bell , even not lock the door to collect it was raining outside unprofessional delivery man he need to learn how to deliver food at customer place incase someone mixed something on our pizza
Used to buy pizza from this ppl once a week at least But tonight is the last time I got pizza from them because they don't know what disposable glove is and charged $22 for tandoori chicken with only touch of chicken and didn't cut the pizzas I took home. My Dog didn't eat it even
