We chose to try this restaurant after we couldn't get in across the road at The Craigieburn Sporting Club on Wednesday night; if only we had gone across the road to McDonalds! Our waiter was rushing around like a blue arsed fly trying to look impressive and responding with, Gracias! after he spoke each time. He told us, it will be here in 30 seconds, each time we asked him about our food. We had 3 pizzas, all different and not one of them had any real taste. It is obvious fresh produce is NOT used and it was interesting to note on the menu that Fieste uses and recommends North Queensland prawns. Ours were out of a tin from somewhere in Asia. Overpriced and pizza bases were doughy and not cooked properly. When I paid the bill I mentioned that we did not receive a salad with my son's chicken schnitzel I was told, sorry about that and when I asked for it to be deducted from the bill, I was told No, firmly. I wish I had taken the time to look at the reviews on this place on Facebook (and there are a few and not many good), before we chose to set foot in this so called European Dining restaurant. Be warned; it is not good and McDonalds across the road is a better option and I'm not a big fan of McDonalds

Craigieburn Fieste. Worst. Paid $30 For 2 large pizzas and large chips. Pizza base was thin as paper the pineapple pizza didnt have much pineapples and ham. I'm paying 11.50 a pizza with nothing much on It! The large chips was more of a small size serving. Not worth what you pay! Complete rip offs! Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disgusted! What a terrible eatery. Ordered on the spot for take away. Waited for almost an hour! Not one staff member motioned to me that my food was sitting there going cold on top of the pizza oven, (whilst I was sitting there entertaining a young child) waiting for it. Only to be told that I should have queue jumped to say that, 'That's my food up there!' Thanks for the advice Katerina. Perhaps next time, if I decide I feel like waiting for cold inedible food to pay a small fortune for, only to throw in the rubbish will I ever visit this franchise. Asked for a refund, and was told a firm No. What a waste of money and time. Never Again.
