I ordered a Big Mac meal from McDonald’s today 2am for takeaway and was honestly very disappointed. The Big Mac was missing an entire layer and completely empty. There was no patty no lettuce or sauce in second layer.The fries were extremely hard, dry, and stale — I felt like I might break a tooth trying to eat them. I ate the meal within 10 minutes of receiving it, so there’s no excuse for the quality being this poor. Definitely not what I expect from McDonald’s. I’ve attached photos as well.
Food was consistently good both in-store and through the drive thru. Service was decent, though a bit slower at driver-thru. The main downside was the atmosphere - not the cleanest or most inviting. Solid for a quick bite!
Maybe if I didn’t ask for fresh chips, I would have received fresh chips. At least they got the sauces right this time.
loved the food, i was looking forward for my chicken and cheese, sadly it was just a patty with chicken, no cheese, no sauce, just chicken. Ordered 5 cheese burgers got 2 instead. Orders 1 large water worker forgot about it then it took half an hour to make anwater…No clean tables or even floors
Took me 30 extra minutes more on delivery and they got my entire order wrong, ordered 2 mc crispy deluxes and 2 10pc McNuggets got NO burgers only got my chips and my nuggets???
