Horrible. Just moved to the area. Have been to this restaurant 3 times and each time I've had to issues. First one was no frozen drinks. Second was no ice in the drinks(realised when I got home) on a 40+ degree day. Third was having to repeat my order at the drive through 5 times. Ended up placing my order at the window where you receive your food. Then had to wait 15 mins in the waiting bay. I would score 0 stars if I could.

Avoid this specific Craigieburn STORE at all cost.....I just submit this complaint ========= Craigieburn Mac restaurant having some serious issues. Within last three months I got over billed, not giving the correct drink and what happened today really making me submit this complaint. I did call the manager about this issue and it seems to be he is getting many calls about similar issues didn't care me. My wife and my daughter went to get some food and first of all Drivethru was filled with CARS and line leading all the way to road. Given she can't wait in the car she went inside the restaurant and order the Chicken Strip meal with BBQ source and another Chicken WRAP. When she came home and give me the MAC bag what in was MAC Chicken Burger, some other Wrap and a sweet and sour sauce. Fire the manager at this sore immediately and get someone who will take responsibility. Like I said this is note the first time and 3rd issue I had within last three months. Ask the store to get their ACT together and close it down. ===========

It's McDonalds, so pretty much the same all over Australia. The food is reasonably cheap, but most dieticians would not recommend eating it on a regular basis. Great place to stop for a snack if you are in a rush, or if you just want to give the kids a small treat. This store was clean and well presented when I visited.

Only clean in the mornings and staff are great in the mornings. Afternoon and night is horrible. Horrible service and the tables and chairs are left untidy. You have to clean it yourself if you eat in

Nice staff, fast food. Got an extra mcnugget super impressed. Service was great the nuggets were cooked to perfection. Sause is free
