You guys really need to get some staff in. Drive through should be closed, long wait. Waited for 5 mins and then I asked the operator to tell me how long it will take, he answered back saying another 5-10mins as there were 5 customers in front of him and he is the only staff member available. Fact of convenience and saving time like how usually a drive through concept works doesn’t apply here. I was there 2-3 weeks ago and waited for 15 mins to get my sub however staff was apologetic so it was fine. It’s not there problem, it’s management who needs to improve. Don’t open on public holiday if wages are an issue.

Wastage of money for going there. Staff doesn't put enough salad into subs. Just put 1-2 slice of tomatoes, 1-2 slice of cucumber etc.. in the footlong. This is not the company policy. I am having subway from 3-4 years never had this type of bad subs. They doesn't know that customer notice everything & customer knows that how the sub should be. So don't cheat with the customers

We had a good time at Subway Craigeburn. The quality of food and service was outstanding, the staff was friendly and the environment was clean. I therefore recommend this place. Looking forward to visit this place again with friends and family.

Amazing service. Friendly staff. Clean store. Used drive-thru services several times on my way to work. Excellent experience as store is under new management. 👍👍👍

a great store and staff is really good. today i have been in store by 8:30 there were boys serving at store both were really friendly i remeber the name of one guy aanmol. will prefer to visit only this store in craigieburn...
