If I could give it no stars I would. Pizza we had had raw dough and when speaking to a staff member she advised us it's because we added extra toppings however there were less toppings on ours than a super Supreme or meatlovers and they cook through.... When speaking to the manager she refused to give us our money back and just wanted to give us another pizza. I told her that we've had this problem before and just want our money because we no longer will eat at pizza hut. She refused and told me she doesn't want to lose a customer. Too late. Unimpressed.
Absolute disaster. Got all the way through to the pay by credit card payment and then get this is not available page. I had less hassle ordering food online in Cambodia I have been away from NZ for 3 years and come back to a third world country.
Very fast delivery faster than time stated when ordered by 20 minutes , very fresh and hot when it arrived and really tasty. We got a side of wings which were really good too.
Ordered a few pizzas later in the night and just given raw dough. Clearly the staff just wanted to get home. Tops looked cooked but otherwise they were just a mushy raw floppy mess. Told the branch, they denied undercooking it. Undercooking would be an understatement. Never been so disappointed in a pizza place in all my life. Not just the food but the service when something goes wrong. This wasn't the first time this has happened. Domino's have gained a customer. Shocking.
It's usually really good but I'm not sure if it's because it was on labor day or what but we got 2 pizzas with regular crusts and one was the thickness of what you'd expect from a thin base and one was literally cracker thin you could hear it cracking as you bit into it. Pretty unimpressed. Would give it 2 stars but it's is usually amazing, so I give it 3 stars.
It was quite something to be DENIED FOOD today, when visiting this store. Only online ordering was allowed because of L3, it was not possible for me to order online and might I add they are following government GUIDELINES, not law. Plenty of people out and about sensibly doing what was right, but no food from Pizza Hut, even though it was open. They lost our money we were not the only ones and Subway gained it. A blessing in disguise as I notice the other feedback about this store is pretty poor.
Great tasting pizzas, they never skimp on toppings, but don’t bother ordering online for a specific time, no matter how early in the day I make the order, it’s never on time, and usually 15-20 min late. If they’re going to offer a service where you can pick up at a specific time, they should have someway if making sure the food is ready around that time.
Used to be good. We always ordered delivery because pick up will leave you waiting for over 45 min in the shop. But the last view times the pizza's have been horrible to, cold and not much topping. Verry unhappy.
Emailed a complaint and was ignored. My son choked on a peice of plastic from a pizza we had brought from here. To be ignored about something like that is disgusting. Won't be back.
The food is fine but the dine-in experience could definitely be better. There are ants and other insects all over the place, it’s an infestation. Every wall that I look at is guaranteed to have some pack of ants walking over it. Order pick up or delivery if you don’t want to get mosquitoes all over you.
