I ordered for delivery thru Dash and got the wrong one. I ordered chicken nuggets and got onion rings and they forgot to give me another cheese burger. Not very happy costumer. This is my first time to order from Burger King TA. Sloppy service, they also gave me a chicken burger instead of double cheese burger
I was fine with this burger king until I went there and realized they are using AI to take people's orders. To me thats just lazy and they're willing to ruin the environment for a simple task that can easily be done by a human being. I understand many things use AI and it can be hard to not use it as many places do. But in take away businesses were we have managed to not use AI for years and years its just slacky. And the only reason they do this is because they are greedy and dont want to pay actual people to do the job. Never going again stop using AI for silly reasons. The HUMAN staff were very lovely and much easier to talk to then robots.
Got a nasty surprise tonight when I went to order in the drive-thru and was greeted by a machine that got my order wrong three times. Surely the errors the robot is making cancels out any potential saving from employing a real live human? I always feel completely short-changed when I’m expecting to talk to a human being and they’ve been replaced by yet another pointless piece of technology. An unsatisfying interaction with your ordering technology means I won’t be going through the drive-thru again, Burger King obviously thinks so little of their customers that they can’t even employ a real person for them to speak to. Food was actually ok, service nonexistent. Do better.
It's definitely one of the better BK's we've been to. The drinks don't taste like city tap water, the burgers looked tidy, the staff were helpful. Very happy
Visiting Te Awamutu from far north. Waited 2-3 business days to have my order completed and then when I finally got my food, fries weren't even fully filled. Is it that hard to fill up a cup of chips?!? Especially since you charge the literal world for the things!! I swear the burgers are getting smaller every time too! Service wasn't the greatest either. Come on man, do better.nnEdit: Pretty sure I got food poisoning. Worst sore stomach of my life, felt faint/weak and had diarrhea. 0/5 stars.
