Three strikes and I'm done, enough is enough - no longer supporting this KFC outlet. DRIED chicken, DRIED chips, I understand the shortage of coleslaw but runny potato and gravy was the tipping point - everything was just yuk! Back in the day KFC was always a treat and trusted to provide mouth watering, finger licking crunchy tasting chicken. The standard at this outlet is disgusting. I feel for the staff who were extremely polite but exhausted. Super expensive to just throw away and reluctantly ate what was edible.
Usually forget the odd small item but today I ordered a single large combo with chips with extra extra seasoning and bread rolls to make chip sandwiches. When I got home not only was there no seasoning but no chips either. I've got chicken and bread so I'm still alive but it's a beloe average experience today
Every time I go they forget parts of my order, just went in and they forget one of the two burgers I ordered, tried to call them back to have them on about it tried 5 times and not a single answer absolutely appealing service.
Absolutely shocking customer service. They have a sign at drive thru asking for respect. Yet dont value customers-who wait 6-10 minutes in line to be told "sorry no chicken left". PLEASE put signs with a cone on drive ways saying sorry ran out of chicken.
KFC is always tasty. But the accuracy of orders needs a major overhaul. Head office gave me a voucher to applogise for missing items once. So I went to redeem and got home, realised they had left out 3 of my items.
Yo, coming from new plymouth where our kfc during busy periods take anywhere between 30mins to 120 mins I have got to say I didn't even wait 3 mins after ordering. You guys rock! Keep up the awesome mahi.Food: 5/5
Kfc Te Awamutu is the worst store of this franchise ive ever visited. Been here several times. Last time was Sunday night a couply days ago at 6.30pm. I wanted to get dinner for 4 people. Looking for bucket chicken and sides. Told there was no chicken left of any description except to make burgers. It was busy at my arrival time and just on dinner time. They turned away car afta car. Dont go there its a waste of time.
Worst KFC ever-no respect-no friendly-no smiles-food was not good- the staffs there were very very sloppy absolutely no joy or cheer, not a single time we come in there always something wrong either with the food but always with staffs, always arguing over customers rude, but we got some wicked wings there usually wicked wings are crunchy and spicy but the ones we had was less crunchy and more soggy, we go there a lot but I never bother to complain but because it happening way too many times not one or twice too many times, theres a lot need doing guys...
There's no point of rating KFC foods, we all know about it and they are always tastes great. Reason why I only gave 3 stars is that , I make an order through KFC app and the time it took me to collect my order was way more than the app says it would be. One of the main reasons why or advantage using the app that you can avoid the time having to stand up waiting in front of the counter for your order to get ready. I was waiting in my car and stepped inside 2 mins ahead of what it says in the app, but ended up waiting almost 30mins for it....
Service here was slow and very rude stood and waited at counter for 10 minutes before I was served. She could of told me sorry about the wait but nah not even that. Also very untidy food on the floor and tables.
