Check your food in the drive through before you move, because I can almost guarantee you something will be missing from your order. I come from out of town, and KFC is one of my favorite foods, but the line at the drive-in is long in peak time, and I'm always in a hurry, so have frequently missed out on food I paid for because these guys leave it out. It's a shame, cos the food you get tastes good, but the accuracy of the order packing is poor, with things like chips always missing
Customer service is non existent. You get ignored when you stand at the counter for service, you have no choice but to use the self check out. I wanted to ask about a bulk order, but left without sorting that as I couldn't actally talk to the staff.
I was really looking forward to my meal at KFC, but it was a huge letdown. We spent $80, and everything was cold. The chips were soggy with a brown tinge, and the chicken and burgers were cold too. It was just after 7 p.m., so it wasn't an odd time. We won't be going back. This was the worst KFC experience ever.
I love their special deals for which I have their App. The service is awesome. Fast, friendly, relaxing atmosphere and ample parking They know me by name as I go there when I'm working in the area. I feel valued %
Terrible packaging. The lid wasn't closed properly on the potato n gravy, so gravy spilled on the chicken, and in the box. Didn't realize this till arriving back home. Not happy.
