Can’t recommend Dougie enough. I’ve been really getting into mobility and body maintenance over the last year and Dougie has helped with all my stubborn stiffness and sore spots from either Footy, S&C or Crossfit. Just last week I was struggling with increasing range in my shoulder for overhead squats and he gave my progress a real big boost. Whether its deep tissue massage, cups or dry needling, he always seems to hit the much needed spot. Look after your body before you breakdown and you'll be able to prolong your training and progress everytime! 💪

When I first went to see Dougie, I’d been experiencing years of neck and shoulder pain. Not long after seeing Dougie, my neck and shoulders really loosened up, I rarely experience pain anymore, and my posture has improved. I noticed faster results with Dougie compared to any physios I’ve seen in the past. I’ve been seeing Dougie for nearly two years, and the reason why I do on a regular basis is because he is able to help reset my muscles and posture to a balanced state. I do triathlon training and usually get tight/sore from all the swimming, biking, and running. I also have a desk job, and when stressed, I get really tense, hold a bad posture and end up with really sore neck, shoulder and back. Dougie helps me maintain a healthy balance between a busy lifestyle with recovery self-care, and ensures my body is reset to prevent injury. Aside from being effective, Dougie is great because: - He asks questions at the start of every session to get an understanding on the context of where I’m at (e.g. have I been stressed at work, training a lot), and assesses my posture to see where the problem areas are. This makes every session bespoke and tailored. - He offers dry needling and cupping – I find this really supplements the massage. But he doesn’t force it – if there’s a day I don’t want dry needling, that’s ok - He is really responsive and flexible in appointment times - He is passionate about health and offers advice beyond the scope of what you normally expect of a remedial masseuse. He offers suggestions that go beyond just stretching and foam rolling (although his advice in these areas is also great!). For example, he suggested I switch to using the mouse in my left hand, and subsequently I noticed big differences in my shoulder pain If you have any injuries, niggles or aches and pains, or you just live a busy lifestyle and need to reset – go get a massage from Dougie!

I have had a pain deep in my right glute for over 6 months and tried massages and ciropractor which didn't help. Then I came here and after 1 hour treatment it has now gone. Will be going here again.
