Pilates 4 Me is just what I was seeking. A non intimidating, warm, friendly environment that wasn’t scary to walk into at my first class. Lucy was so welcoming and made me feel like I’d been there the week before. Her classes are beautiful. They are challenging yet she offers different levels, so you can do it at your own pace and strength. The group is so family like and I wish I’d found them sooner.

I started two classes/week here three years ago, under doctor/ physio instruction for chronic neck pain.  In addition to lessening the chronic pain, I find it a good complement to regular walking and cycling because they focus strongly on posture, core strength and balance. The small class sizes allow the instructors to keep a sharp eye on technical accuracy. I would like to continue well into old age, if circumstances allow.

I've taken Platies classes for the past 10 years in Melbourne and Launceston and I can honestly say that Jane and her team are the best instructors I've ever had.  They cater for all abilities, each lesson is different to the last and they use a wide range of platies specific aids reformer beds/rollers/balls/rings/bands etc in a relaxed and supportive environment.  Jane is dedicated to professional learning and I feel she is at the forefront of Platies instruction and technique.  I highly recommend Platies 4 Me!

Been going for years.  Fantastic pilates class. Highly recommend.  Each class is different. Jane checks each student's posture throughout the class and corrects when necessary.

Great combination of core strength, balance and flexibility. These sessions have reduced back pain and increased cycling power and endurance

Have been going to Jane for years ,She is an excellent instructor  and I enjoy the classes every Monday
