Satsang Yoga Sanctuary is an inclusive yoga & natural therapies centre.
We offer a range of Yoga styles, Pilates based movement, Massage, Kinesiology, Reiki, Spiritual healing and more to support you being well.

Our yoga styles vary from dynamic & robust to gentle & meditative, so there's something for most people. Our teachers will help guide you to get what you need from yoga.

Fantastic space. Well held energetically with a well thought out programme. There are many nooks and crannies here, holding interesting businesses! Yoga and health obviously knitting, antiques, crafts, lotions and ungents, tea and good vibes in abundance. Right across from Princess Park - perfect.
Lovely, heartfelt atmosphere with a leading teacher & proprietor Kinga who fosters a soulful approach to the practice. The practice space is aesthetically pleasing too and has a nice energy.
Great lovely spacious studio. Great teachers using lots of groovy music to bring peace to our monkey minds.
The only place to experience aerial yoga. Great teaching and technique.
Thank you for assisting me to achieve physical flexibilty and ascertain peace within.
My favourite time of the week is when I go to Satsang Yoga. My sanity!!
